At Paige’s Property Management, we manage properties that have been acquired by investors through foreclosures. This includes commercial buildings, modular homes, traditional homes, and lots. These properties are priced for low and high income levels in suburban and rural neighborhoods. We purchase properties all over the United States each week and sell them to individuals and investors.
Our process begins with working with investors, from all over the country, buying foreclosed properties. Once the purchase is completed, we send our sign company out to inspect the homes, take pictures, and provide a report that includes information on the property and the surrounding neighborhood. Note that we sell these properties “as is” since many of them are “fixer uppers”.
